If you choose to book services, additional personal information may be collected through Jane
App, a secure, PHIPA/PIPEDAcompliant practice management system. Information collected
through Jane App may include contact details, appointment information, intake forms, payment
information and other information required for providing psychotherapy services.

c) Automatically Collected Website Information
